Embedding Brava in your workflow gives users a seamless experience that makes it easier to get theirwork done.
Document-centric workflows in SharePoint routinely require a workflow participant to have access to the document content. Brava for SharePoint allows that document content to be presented right inside the workflow screens. Workflows become smoother and easier, because there is no need to download documents, switch to a different application to review them, and then switch back to SharePoint to continue the workflow.

- Document approval: Being able to see the content being approved makes the workflow much easier for approvers.
- HR Onboarding: When resumes for an open position come in, they may be PDFs, Word documents, scanned TIFs, or even text files. Embedding Brava in a resume review process allows managers to have a consistent experience regardless of how the resumes arrive.
- Contract review: When negotiating a contract, it’s common for it to pass through several review stages, with users needing to add their own comments at each stage. With Brava, reviewers can add comments and raise concerns. Those with signing authority can see comments from previous stages and ensure that all issues were addressed before completing the contract.
